The annual “You Made a Difference” Award is special because the nomination comes from our community, and most often, it is from a student. This year, the award has been given to Granville High School Counselor Amber Gilsdorf. She was nominated for the award by the McKenzie family. In nominating Mrs. Gilsdorf for this award, the McKenzie family shared their very personal story of loss, struggle and hope restored, thanks to Mrs. Gilsdorf’s care and support for their son.
